Scouts BSA Troop 303 meets on Wednesdays from 1730 - 1900 at the Scout Hut in Hohenfels, Germany. The Troop is open to both boys and girls ages 11 - 18.
Mission of Scouting America
The mission of Scouting America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Methods
- Patrols: Scouts are divided into small groups called patrols, each led by a Patrol Leader.
- Outdoor Programs: Emphasis on outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and nature conservation.
- Advancement: A series of ranks that scouts can achieve through learning skills and demonstrating knowledge.
- Adult Association: Interaction with adult leaders who provide guidance and mentorship.
- Personal Growth: Encouraging scouts to set and achieve personal goals.
- Leadership Development: Opportunities for scouts to develop leadership skills through various roles and responsibilities.
- Uniform: Wearing the scout uniform to promote equality and a sense of belonging.
- Ideals: Adherence to the Scout Oath and Law.
